Background

Japanese SV-P Pikachu 1/SV-P opens the Scarlet & Violet promo line. Japan issued it as an early-purchase extra with physical pre-orders of Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet on 18 November 2022. The number is the identity: first SV-P, a game-launch stamp, not a pack chase.

Atsushi Furusawa draws Pikachu with Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Flavor text says Pikachu is ready to travel with those partners. Adventuring Together deals 30 plus 10 for each Benched Pokémon, repeating the group portrait.

Traditional Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, and Korean SV-P Pikachu promos exist under other numbers. The Japanese sheet binds to the domestic launch, read as an era-start souvenir, not a lottery print.
