Traditional Chinese Pikachu 153/SV-P is the 5th Anniversary promo from the Traditional Chinese 5th Anniversary Premium Card Set, issued 1 November 2024 for the Taiwan and Hong Kong TCG market.

aspara drew a full-art holo with Pikachu beside Mew, Zoroark, and a Dark-type Terastal Charizard, a lineup read as five years of that regional TCG. A gold-foil 5th Anniversary mark and Chinese text sit on the card. Like much Traditional Chinese Pokémon paper, it is printed in Japan.

Hobby notes stress this is Traditional Chinese for Taiwan and Hong Kong, not a Simplified Chinese mainland release. Japan printing is cited when gem-mint grades are discussed.
