Market cap figures and price data are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of future value.
2. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
Market data is sourced from third-party platforms and updated on a best-effort daily basis. CardZ Marketcap makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of the data provided. Prices and population figures may not reflect real-time market conditions. You rely on this data at your own risk.
3. Data Licence
The market cap dataset published on this site and via the public API is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. You may share, adapt, and build upon the data for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit to CardZ Marketcap (cardzmarketcap.com) and indicate if changes were made.

4. API Fair Use
The public API at /api/v1/ is provided free of charge for reasonable use. You may not use automated requests to scrape the full dataset in bulk at a rate that places unreasonable load on the service, resell the raw data feed as-is, or misrepresent the source. Excessive automated traffic may be rate-limited without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Card names, set names, card artwork, and related imagery are the intellectual property of their respective owners. CardZ Marketcap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Bandai Co., Ltd., PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), or any other rights holder. All trademarks and copyrights remain with their respective owners.
The CardZ Marketcap name, logo, and original site design are the property of the CARDZ team. You may not reproduce them without permission.

This site contains links to third-party websites including auction platforms, grading services, and reference resources. These links are provided for convenience only. CardZ Marketcap has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of linked sites.
